Youth club members get some studio time

Youth members with D-Up, an organization for youth and community development, gather around Caleb Alexander, head of studio operations with Notes for Notes inside the state-of-the-art recording facility at Penn Griffin School for the Arts as they prepare to record a song.

D-Up partnered with Notes for Notes, a nonprofit that provides youth with free access to music instruments and instruction, to help the youth members write and record songs they will perform at their upcoming 10th annual Let’s Move to Music Dreamfest event on Saturday, July 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 613 Washington St.
